This policy explains what personal information Pixel Reforge collects when you visit pixelreforge.com, contact us or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Pixel Reforge Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市像素重构科技有限公司) makes custom labels and packaging in Shenzhen, China. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
When you contact us or ask for a quote. Whether you reach us on WhatsApp, by email, through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or with a quote form on Facebook or Instagram, you may give us your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country, company or brand name, website, product and order details, and any artwork, photos or files you send.
When you place an order. We also collect the delivery address, the contact person and the details needed to invoice you and arrange shipping. Payments are handled by your bank, PayPal, card processors or Alibaba Trade Assurance. We do not store full card numbers.
When you browse our website. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the website that referred you, campaign tags in links (UTM parameters), your browser, operating system, device type and country, and clicks on our WhatsApp buttons. Umami does not use cookies and does not store your IP address.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, including the IP address, browser and time of each request, for security and troubleshooting. We keep these logs for a limited period.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy covers how Google uses this information.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we use your information: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract (quotes and orders); for our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business (follow-ups, analytics and advertising audiences), which we balance against your rights; with your consent, where we ask for it; and to meet our legal obligations (accounting and export records).

We are based in China, so information you send us is processed in China. The companies listed above may process it in other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
We keep inquiry and quote records for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and order records for as long as accounting, tax and export rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw your consent, and to receive a copy of it. Only staff who need customer information can access it, and we use the security features of the services we rely on. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
